Classic 103'12 used this activity for the session on Leadership. PSLs are to prepare coloured cards and each student is to have 2 cards each. PSLs will explain the instructions of this activity: 1. PSLs will divide the white board into 2 columns- Strength and Weakness. 2. With the cards distributed, Y1s are to write their strengths as a leader or a person in general on one card and their weakness on the other. They are given 5 minutes to do so. 3. When they are finished writing, they would paste their cards onto the white board. (PSLs can also participate) 4. Y1s can walk around to see the cards of their other classmates and paste a small sticker on the card if they are able to empathize with it. 5. After the activity, PSLs are to explain the rationale behind this activity:
From the Classic: "I though this activity was good as the Y1s not only reflected on themselves and a leader, but were able to see and reflect on the qualities a leader should have it also gave them a chance to see what weakness themselves and other had in common, and this was good in showing them that weaknesses are normal and everyone has them. They had fun pasting the stickers on the cards they empathized with and we could really see them relating to each other better after knowing each others strengths and weaknesses."
